Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9
One of our more interesting missions was to observe the impacts of Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 into Jupiter. The best location to observe these impacts was off the coast of Australia. We spent three weeks as guests of Anset Australia while flying our missions. It was an exciting time for astronomers!
