 | Busted U2 This U2 has been disassembled and is being loaded into a C-141 for a ride back to the factory. It doesn't happen very often. Normally U2's are flown back to the States for major maintenance but if that can't be done they go back this way. The pilot of this aircraft is lucky to be alive. After his flight a major problem was found that could easily have blown him out of the sky with no warning. |
