This great little generator was a used 4-cylinder Kohler that ran on liquid petroleum gas. The tank outside held a two-week supply.

Intake air entered through the plenum at the right and exhausted through louvers at the left.

You can see how thick the insulation is through the hole at the left side of the picture. The louvers were installed in that hole and were spring loaded shut.
