Looking towards the Grand Canal from the top balcony of Saint Mark's Basilica you can see a great view of all the tourists gathered into their respective groups and the long line waiting to gain entrance to the Basilica.

The group of pigeons are gathered around a bird seed vendor. In the evening live music will be played from at least three different locations including the area where the arrangement of empty chairs are located.
