Wideband Distribution Amplifier Frequency Response The wideband distribution amplifier's 3dB roll-off points are at 1.5 MHz and 49 MHz, but they are usable well into UHF. I use one DA to distribute the 2-meter output of my TranSystems AO40 block down-converter. The TranSystems BDC has excess gain so I don't mind the 10 dB rolloff at that frequency. I use the second DA to distribute my discone antenna to a radio scanner and my spectrum analyzer.
