This is Helicam, a 13 pound radio-controlled helicopter. It has a max gross take off weight of over 20 pounds. It's powered by a 2.4 horse power engine and carries a color television camera on a tilt/pan head connected to a 2.6 GHz microwave transmitter. Shown here is an early prototype.
