 (Carl Gillespie) | Crossing the Pacific Ocean in the NASA Kuiper Airborne Observatory I flew on the KAO for 5 years and finished up as the lead Telescope Operator. It was a fascinating job! As you can tell by now, I've held several different jobs and I've spent a lot of quality time in, on, and around interesting aircraft. That goofy guy in front of me is Dave Brock, the ADAMS operator.
